Scaled Holdings was founded in 2012 in Srinagar by Moris Adam Shahmiri — then a Grade 8 student with a vision that outpaced his age. What began as a small local technology venture offering website development and mobile application services to businesses in Kashmir has since grown into a multi-sector enterprise.
