Moris Adam Shahmiri founded Scaled Holdings in 2012 in Srinagar, Kashmir — while still in Grade 8. What began as a small web development venture grew into one of Asia's most diversified technology conglomerates. Under his leadership, the group has expanded into 10+ sectors, established 18 portfolio companies, and opened offices across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. Moris chairs the Group's Strategy and Portfolio committees, and personally oversees all major acquisitions and new sector entries.
